		<description>5.8 was 185lbs now at 150lbs exercised 3-4 times a week(around 500 calories burned per work out) ate healthy 1200 cals a day,lost it in 2 months and a half, havent exercised its been a month due to exams and work during vacation, planning to go back in a week....havent gained anything even with my moms amazing cooking over the holidays. forget lbs its how you look and feel thats important. a very thin girl came up to me and said i wish i had ur body she thaught i was 130 lbs...its how you carry yourself!</description>

		<description>I am on a diet right now and I am 4feet 11 inch tall 16 years old and I use to weight like 111 and I went on a low calorie diet and when I am hungry I just eat some fruits for snacks and now  I weigh in about 100 pounds after about 2 weeks</description>
