If you are on a diet, STOP. Starving yourself will SLOW your metabolism. Eat right, don’t skip meals, EXERCISE. Also make sure you get enough sleep.

cardio exercise walking, jump rope, jogging, biking15 min per day, but everyday. be consistant your metabbolism will kick in you’ll start losing weight throw in eating healthy 5 times a day small meals snack on fruit and veggies whenever you want and you’ll shed fat fast. there are certain kinds of junk foods that you’ll crave you need to analyze yourself. “why am i craving chocolate?” usually it’s the chemical stimulation that your brain gets from the chocolate so stimulate your brain in other ways pick up a book, get on the internet. sometimes your body is just craving the vitimins so when you crave cookies ask yourself when the last time you had sugar was, then eat fruit so the moral of my story is kick start your metabolism by exercising and eating healthy (ask your doc before exercising to see what kind of exercise is ok for you. sometimes you don’t know if you have a heart defect untill your jogging thru the neighborhood and you keel over of heart attack)
