To increase your base metabolism (matabolism at rest) you need more muscles and therefore protein.
I would make a protein shake with whey powder, instant coffee (caffeine which increases metabolism and that is why every diet pills have caffeine in it), chocolate syrup for taste, banana, and frozen yogurt for texture

You can not increase your metabolisim by eating certain foods. You need to increase your exercise to do this. Metabolisim is the amount of calories you body needs to keep going. The more active you are the more calories you body needs. There are other factors like age, weight, nationality, sex, medical conditions (disease) etc. that all play a factor in metabolisim. You are best to see your doctor and be referred to a dietician.
