water does help a lot.
eat your largest meal in the morning. Your metabolism slows a lot without breakfast.
Another interesting fact about the benefits of water……76% of americans are badly dehydrated, so much so that the mechanism in our body that tells us we’re thirsty is not working as it should anymore and tells us we’re hungry. This is one of many reasons why america is so overweight.
