Eat smaller, more frequent meals (eat 4-6 six small meals) - More frequent meals keep your metabolism charged .

Take the stairs and park your car further away from the shops - You will end up burning more calories.

Instead of having 3 distinguished meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), you want to have a little healthy snack every 2-3 hours throughout the whole day. BUT... you don't want to eat after 6:00 PM. Some examples of healthy snacks would be like a bag of trail mix, an apple with reduced fat peanut butter, a small salad (fruit or lettuce), etc.  Also, drinking a lot of water, and exercising for about 1 hour every day will help.
