How often do you need to do workouts that increase metabolism to keep it up?

I recently learned an excercise routine that increases metabolism, but it is hard and works out alot of different parts, but there are other parts i want to work out and i want to find out how often i need to do the routine to keep my metabolism up while still having both days to rest and days to work out other parts.

    Any activity that causes the body to raise it’s metablolism over 70% of CAPABLE ‘work’ for 30 minutes a day will generally give you all the exercise you need. Find a gy m and ask a professional to help you plan a routine that will help you target certain areas. Good luck

    Well, if you strength-train and grow your muscle, you would actually keep your metabolism high at all times because muscle raises your basal metablic rate (BMR), meaning it burns calories even while you’re at rest and it also burns off calories faster than fat does.

    So, strength-train using your own body weight or weights (dumbbells), 3-4 times a week for 15-20 mins per session, to promote your muscle growth.

    If you pack an dditional 1lb of muscle into your body, you’ll get to burn off an extra 50 calories a day; that’s a whopping 350 calories a week without any additional effort on your part!
