    run as fast as possible for 10 seconds, repeated every 2 minutes. eat chili, coffee, green tea,pepper, lots of cold water.

    Amino acids, there are some amino acids that can work your cells to work twice as hard, consuming more food and giving you a lot more energy….Though it is very dangerious if used not properly.

    P.s. There are around 22 types all doing different things…So you may have to do research for that part.

    Oh and also Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins, so it is found in many meats, nuts, and eggs.

    lol well to increase it build up lean muscle. You can do that so many ways. Hope this helped

    Eat mainly protein to build muscle.
    Exercise - resistance or weight training mainly.
    Exercise burns off calories.
    Muscle mass burns off fat.

    Your metabolism will change as a result of both.

    My daughter in law has lost weight, and she still goes to the gym. Now for breakfast she told me about making smoothies with Whey, blueberries, or strawberries, bananas, and crush ice. she has lost a lot of weight.
    I bought whey power today, and plan to make smoothies tomorrow for breakfast before I go to water aerobics.

    eat every 3 hours. really small meals 6 times a day. cut out your breads. if you eat bread just eat wheat bread once you get used to it you won’t go back to white bread. eat lots of veggies and drink plenty of water cut out sodas.
