I recommend Green Tea. It’s a natural diretic that will not only increase your matabolism, but boost your energy level, provides you with antioxidents to clean out your system, and is more of a natural solution than taking a diet pill of some sort.
I recommend Arizona Green Tea with Honey or Nestea Peach Green Tea. It’s sorta tough to drink without a bit of flavoring. I enjoy these two as they have more of sweet taste, rather than bitter. You can purchase a small bottle of the Peach at Wal-Mart out of the coolers they have, or larger bottles there too.
Good luck!

we all know the answer…..excercise
1 10 minutes of cardio 10 minutes after you wake up
2 stay away from refined sugars
3 drink plenty of water throughout the day
4 drink your coffee black
but the best thing for you will be unsweetened green tea
as for a supplement …green tea extract with a multivitamin

Don’t waste your money when you already have it. Muscle is directly related to metabolism….the more muscle, the more efficient your metabolism. Try to build muscles all over your body without too much bulk (more reps, not weight). As you build more muscles you will notice a healthy appetite and still will not gain weight, although initially you may gain slightly as muscles weigh more than fat given the same volume.
All the calorie burning occurs in the muscles. And all the exercise will make you look better too, not to mention exercise releases endorphins in your brain that will make you shine!!! I eat at those all-you-can eat buffets 7 days a week and still am in great shape because I work out every other day in the gym for 1 hr and have an overall good musculature.

Drinking a glass of cold water right after you wake up will help speed up your metabolism. Also, eating 5-6 smaller meals a day of each containing 200-350 calories, spaced 2.5-3 hours apart. Eat a lot more vegetables and lean protein, stay away from fatty carbs(white rice, pasta), and keep a check on your fruits(they contain too much simple sugars instead of complex sugars)
There are some products out there…but you have to make sure its something you trust.
There is things such as Hydroxycut-which basically speeds up your metabolism unhealthily…if you don’t believe me, look up sideffects for weight loss supplements.
The only site I trust is listed below, they have stuff that you can look into to lose fat, speed up metabolism, gain energy, etc…
I would recommend CLA, which helps reduce fat and speed up metabolism with no known side effects.

Make small, gradual changes and over time, they will have an extremely powerful effect on you.
Check out . The guy there is an ex-Marine, like myself, and he’s putting together a program for himself in his blog that will get him back into shape. It will work for pretty much anyone and he’s doing it all publically.
He’s not selling anything, just sharing what he’s doing as he does it. He’s hoping for encouragement and motivation from his readers.
Hope that helps.

I recently discovered a healthy and natural energy drink that has only 22 calories and 4 grams of sugar and one of the great things is that it is only about $1 per serving. I drink 2 per day, one at 8:30 and one right after lunch. It has increased my metabolism as I lost a few pounds on these. I have been told I cannot send a web site through this service but e-mail or IM me and I’ll point you to the web site
