That’s not increasing your metabolism, that’s just increasing the amount of work your body has to do to regulate itself, thus burning more calories than usual. The effects are very minimal, though. But saunas have many other health benefits, for your skin and mental health for example, so no harm in indulging

I don’t know, but that would be amazing if it did.
