Can increased metabolism increase hunger?
dan3007 asked:
Well, basically just what the question asks. I’ve started weight training and doing hiit (high intensity interval training) a few weeks ago. I’ve noticed over the past few days that I’ve started to get hungrier than I’ve previously been. Could this be a sign that my metabolism is increasing, or is it just my imagination?

Yes… you’re body needs more energy so it’s wanting more fuel… This is a good thing….
Keep with lots of complex carbs to help build muscle right after a work out and you should be good…
drink lots of water….
